We value the privacy of our clients by keeping their information secured. We have strict privacy policy rules in regards to exchanging information, and storing documents of our clients. We have the right tools and personal to make sure our clients' files are protected and maintained securely. The followings are the content of our privacy policy.
1. Online privacy:
When it comes to online policy, you can always trust AFTAIS with confidence because we take it very serious. Mostly we communicate with our clients through emails, exchange documents, and files via internet. We use best fire walls to make sure information and files we exchange with our clients are safe. Our website and email communications are monitored 24/7 to ensure risk free platform for your business and clients.
The files and data are in our secured network server. All data and files are permanently deleted after a project is completed upon the request of our clients. This is called "no record" policy. Our clients need to agree to the terms if they want this service. All outbound and inbound files by our company are scanned to make sure they are not infected by malwares and.
2. Identification privacy:
AFTAIS always takes extra step to ensure the identity details of our clients are secured with us and it is not compromised. According to confidentiality act, it is the right of every individual and business to keep their private information secured. Hence, our company will not enclose the information about our clients to anyone unless we have our clients' consent to do so.
3. Document security:
Your documents are always safe with us. ALFTAIS does not require original documents in order to provide translation or interpretation services. We always request our clients to provide copy of the documents they want us to translate, and once we receive them we will make sure they are secured with us. We will not enclose your documents with anyone without your permission. Documents that we receive for translation are only kept once the job is complete, and they will be securely shredded.
4. Payment privacy:
In order to ensure our clients' further privacy, Allflags Translation and Interpretation Services do not accept credit card or online payments. The payments shall be made securely by email transfer, cheque, and EFT to us.
